Why I donated my kidney to a stranger

I was asked to work on a personal story about a young woman who made the decision to anonymously donate her kidney to a stranger, an almost radical act of benevolence, after seeing a message on Facebook by a man who needed a transplant. The story called for a delicate touch that spoke to us of altruistic actions and peaceful minds.
